My name is Mary Rose Sheriff, and I'm the proprietor of this business. I've spent the vast majority of my career working with small business owners, assisting them with running their offices and managing their finances. I've developed a wide range of skills, and have put these to good use for my clients, helping them save money and prosper. For the past decade I've been using Intuit's flagship product, QuickBooks, for all of my clients bookkeeping needs. For small business owners there is no better program for organizing and managing the company's books. Intuit is a stable, prospering company with over $3 billion in revenue and 8,000+ employees, and QuickBooks is a mature, cross-platform product that offers anything a small business owner needs for invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll, taxes, credit cards, and more. I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdviser, and can assist you and your company with all of your bookkeeping needs in a cost-effective manner.

Along with QuickBooks, there are some other useful programs that can help customize reports. These programs are part of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and include Excel, Word, Access as well as PowerPoint and Outlook. In 2007 I received my certification as a Microsoft Office Application Specialist. I'm also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, enabling me to stay up to date on tax law changes.
